    Excellent advice. Also even if the police ask you to voluntarily come in to be interviewed without a miranda warning without being arrested, you should lawyer up there too. Don’t be suckered, nothing you say can be used for you, it can only be used against you. If they say they are going to get an arrest warrant let them get one. Remember if the police bring you into to be questioned you most certainly have been arrested, and they must issue a miranda warning, no voluntary bullshit ever.
